Refund policy
You can return your products up to 14 days after receiving them.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their tags still attached. Customers have to cover return shipping costs.
After we have received your returned product and inspected the product, the refund will begin. Refunds are made by bank transfer. We ask that you provide the account number to which the refund will be sent to this email: weiso.eu@gmail.com
Damages and Issues: In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will work with you to evaluate the issue and make it right.

No Updates in Tracking Code
If your Tracking Code has not updated in 1 month then we will make a full refund to your account.
False chargebacks: Please note that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a false chargeback.
